That really sucks. I'm sorry you didn't get it this time. I'd probably ask them politely for clarification about why I got rejected. I'd use their input to either reverse the rejection or as a learning experience for the next round. Don't give up, just try until you get it, if not now, next time.

 

I didn't have the accept conversations from box checked, but I assumed that meant I would accept messages from anybody.

I got the link for the league btw, just trying to troubleshoot the no messages thing.

 

like gurl said earlier, VRAPI seemingly has an auto-reject thing in place for when codes are wrong, which happens a lot with server or connection hiccups. i have absolutely no idea if that's what happened here, especially since it's a qual... but i just know that in regular batches, a rejection from them doesn't mean it was a wrong ID.

 

It may be more helpful to contact the requester with your questions, if you are confused about something.

 

That's essentially the email I shot back to them. Asking what I did wrong compared to others in similar situations that did get the qual. Essentially I just asked for clarification to see what could be improved should a new qual pop up in the future. I guess we shall see. :/
