    $200 a month for full coverage on 2012 and 2011 vehicles. That's with $500 ded on collision and $250 on comp. Used to be much higher but I just got a discount for no accidents or tickets for years.

    Shouldn't all insurance have to pay for life though? If someone smashes my leg through driver dumbness and I have to do physical therapy for the rest of my life because it's so dicked, I think insurance should have to cover that.

    I pay like $48 a month on a 2016 car with full coverage and roadside assistance and all sorts of fanciness. 500 deductible though

    Driver's license renews from date you get it (which is usually birthday) but license PLATES are beginning of the year.. idk if you specified earlier but maybe not talking about the same thing?

    I pay $100/mo for 2x state min (which is not high.. i think mine is 50/100/50? on a 2006 I own outright & don't drive for more than 4,000 miles/year

    ...back to my state being shit again

    Why not just start a 1 year clock from when you start? Register a car in august? Renew it next august.
