    This place is crap, but at least our landlord just took our damn money and let us pay a frankly insane pet deposit so that he wouldn't really look too closely at those weird looking dogs we have. We had like 3 weeks to find a place at the time, and Coldwell (who deals with like 60% of the rentals in this town) WOULD NOT LET US APPLY TO ANY PLACE WE HAD NOT PHYSICALLY VISITED...WHICH WE COULD NOT DO FROM GEORGIA. We even offered to send someone to take pics and stuff for us and they were like, "lol no. byeeee." We finally found that one little house we loved, only for it to have been double booked...

    Rentals in this town are basically a huge nightmare. I've never ran into this many problems before.

    We should be all set to move into 1 of the 3 houses (all owned by the same lady) next month tho unless something blows up in our face yet again. We are pushing for the biggest one and hopefully that's how it will go down. It's like 100 bucks more a month but has a washer, dryer/more space/garage/etc.

    I mean, SURE, I'll be living in the middle of the desert in a town known for theft problems, BUT AT LEAST I WILL HAVE A DISHWASHER AGAIN AND WON'T SHARE A WALL WITH A SENIOR CITIZEN DRUG DEALER ANYMORE!
