Sure it does, I'm just trying to get Masters off my head for the time being.

 

I moved earlier this year, and stopped turking for awhile because I was too busy. Before that, I had a mass reject on a batch I misunderstood the directions of, I think it was an email categorization task, but it was a ton of hits. And I didn't know that having your approval rating at 98% could cause you to lose it, and I never opened the emails Amazon sent reminding me to get it back up, because I am a fucking idiot.

Often newbie requesters will put shit up with masters first because amazon sells it to them ect. They often put up work not realizing how fast we can do it so $_$ but also often broken af shit.

 

does it still default to masters? i havent posted anything in quite awhile

 

dunno I haven't ever posted a hit but I wouldn't put it past amazon to do that.

it's not overpaid to me, it's the minimum I work for. usually I just hang around waiting for the normal-paying hits. and I don't usually bother doing them if they are surveys.

 

Yea, I've been surprised how high I could get/keep them despite not having it. Was yours approval-ratings based as well

 

It used to, but afaik it doesn't anymore.

 

i doubt mine was approval based. i still had a 99.86%ish ratio at the time

my theory is I messed up on a Tax Engines batch in January. I received a warning email afterwards from Amazon (right after the batch ended). someone else I knew also got the same warning. and we both went on to lose Masters on 2/14 (a month or so later)
