It's the development community ruling board that has been in place as long as its existed but rules are rarely enforced. We have community rules like that here too that goverrn grass length (LOL) and eye sores and shit, it's pretty par for the course, especially for a walled in neighborhood.

We're just renting tho, and it's def the official CCR, but our landlord pays the yearly fee and it's honestly whatever. I doubt we will be annoying anyone, as my ultimate goal is to be left alone and never associate with neighbors while I stay in my bird nest.

I just find it super funny in Mojave of all places, cause they are putting on airs as if they are pinky up level of fancy or some shit.
