Anyone dived into this Clare Van Norden $5 hit? There is literally 0 estimations of time and it scares me - and no progress bar once you get into it.

 

I think they are still a little paranoid just cause it's one of the two decent neighborhoods left in that town, and they don't really want it falling to pieces. The landlord told me nobody will care about my jeep tho, since it's clearly my running vehicle and not an eye sore. I just find it funny they have a regulation about car age when very few people have new cars in that town. That seems to be a leftover from decades ago.
