    oh yeah, HOA.... it was being ran very shady in like 2015 or so....so I got involved and since she is my husband's sisters best friend living in the neighborhood I got her involved too. Unfortunately the title of "president" has went to her head and she wants to micromanage the other 385 homes in the neighborhood. I can safely say after the things she has accused me of and said she is no longer a friend. eeek.... it's gonna be an interesting annual meeting in November, I expect her to resign lol.
