Description: Social services/mental health survey. Qualtrics progress script didn't work, but it was only a few pages of demographics and asking questions about available services in my community. Opportunity for follow-up interview (no mention what the compensation would be).

Cons:
- Several short writing prompts (why do I feel X way about Y), no timer or minimum, input was one-line text fields so I assume they didn't want an essay there.
