I do these, mostly picking at them. He mentioned the difficulty in a bonus email about 3-5 days ago. When they switched then, they got a lot harder, from "I killed my mother and had sex with her corpse" to "it rains on Thursdays" type prompts.

But, I wouldn't worry about submissions. If mine are good, yours are good.

Seriously, though, the dude doing these is pretty awesome; he's communicative, and cares about his data. If you're concerned, pop him an email, but from your examples, you're doing the same thing I am, sans the salad tossing. (Though I did put, for one of the cousins ones, "It's good to have an intimate connection with family.")

So for "The wood began to split":
It's expected you'll need to put your back into it to accomplish some tasks.
It's bad to buy inferior wood.
It's allowed to replace a board that breaks.
It's disgusting to use wood to crucifix someone who irritates you.
It's frustrating when you're building something and the boards split.
It's okay to swing an ax with all your strength if the tree's not yielding.

etc etc.

(I'll note I've used 'unclear' ... 2 or 3 times in about 500 of these, and the inappropriate flag maybe 5 times... one was from the previous batch, "I shot my snow all over her face", which I also noted I had to search on to grok ... and then, ahem, went to town with my ROTs for it.)
