I really like sheet pancakes. This is my favorite way to make them @ChrisTurk


1/3 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup cornstarch
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
2 cups buttermilk
1.5 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp melted butter

Put parchment down on a half sheet pan, use more butter (not what's called for in the ingredients) to brush the parchment
Mix all dry ingredients
Mix all wet ingredients
Add wet to dry until combined but don't overmix it
Shake the pan to even it all out.
Add strawberries if you want at this point
Bake about 5-7 minutes @425
Take it out and brush the top with more butter and broil for 1 minute (keep an eye on it)

Yeah, I've had them stick to the parchment cause they're pretty soft and fluffy so I just butter it to be on the safe side. If you used frozen strawberries, I would press out the water and let them dry overnight before using them. They hold a LOT of liquid.

 

dont like whip the mixer/blender out, just hand mix it til its decently mixed and still lumpy

Easy tip...if you add the dry to the wet (reverse from what I do) slowly, and gently stir while you add it, it won't be lumpy.
