    Meanwhile I'm sitting here with my subpar iced coffee from Dunkin. :/ That's the downside to low carb eating. I lose out on a lot of yummy coffees.
    Also, after watching this like 10 times I wonder how long it took to practice that. I'd spill the milk out every time. :emoji_joy:

    Welcome back to the North American Community Study! This is just a friendly reminder that 2.5 months have almost passed, and that the next set of 10 day surveys will be starting shortly.

    You received your first survey on July 7th, 2018. Therefore, the next set of ten day surveys (WAVE 2) will begin on Sept 30, 2018. Remember, the Wave 2 surveys are worth more than the Wave 1 surveys!

    In addition, just a gentle reminder that payment for this study will occur at the end of the whole study (4 waves).
