Eligibility

I decided to go with the same eligibility scheme. You can only win every other hit. Meaning that if you win, you will be ineligible to accept the next hit, but you will be able to accept the one after that. That's the best way to balance fairness with availability and number of hits.

I can't call the restaurant that charged me twice until 11am PT, and boy am I just building up rage with every shitty thing this morning.

What I wanted to say was something like, "Excuse me, I was somehow charged twice (and 2 different prices entirely) last night and it overdrafted my bank account. I would really like to have one of those reversed without having to call my bank first. That's not cool bro."

Now it's gonna be more like, "HEY YA DUMB FUCKS! You not only gave Matt the wrong meal, you charged me twice and overdrafted my damn fun time bank account and THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY if you do not satisfy my satanic blood lust! I DEMAND JUSTICE!"

Ok, maybe that's overkill. Bird's morning sucks to far.
