But removing the comments removes one of the only ways of identifying it as junk

The grinch comment is so statistically insignificant. 4 of them from 1 user out of a pool of 30,000 in the time frame since the first instance. RA has probably called more people retarded here than the total instances of words that should be filtered or trigger suspensions being used in reviews over the last 2 years (granted I only check for the n-word).

Unpaid screener reports already don't return comment blocks back to users so we're only left with poorly categorized instances (which require the user opting into more work) being a problem there and I believe the validity of transferring screener answers through the RR process is about as well fleshed out as the "bot scare" theory. It's so impractical vs the actual processes available to defraud screeners.

I'm open to a moderation system for RR (which is the only reason I wanna argue about it lol) - or more importantly just increasing the DQ for the system - but a lot of the targets of what people here want are boogeymen IMO.
