    No, that's going into the page's console to determine the error. For what you're talking about, usually you should check your daily HITS, see it if it there, and if not, check the HITs assigned to you. It should be there as long as time didn't expire. If you run into more problems, double check that you aren't running to many scripts conflicting with submissions in some ways. If you aren't using a script, turn it off to minimize problems.
