Thank you so much for your kind and explanatory email. To be honest I am new to MTurk, registered only 9 days ago. So the main criteria I check the time spent is SurveyMonkey itself. And, it does show 3 mins and 15 seconds. That was my main prediction. Also, I would love to help you to get your rating back but It looks like I deleted your results accidentally and now I can't find your answer. I had to run 30 batches in total so it was confusing to analyze everything. So, if you could point me a way how to fix your rating, I would be glad to do that. Good luck.
