No not yet. It's sort of 50/50 on if it will be available for Mac. Technically the technology to port it over will exist soonish (was going to be Nov, got pushed back to looks like Q1 2022) but unfortunately unless I'm mistaken (@AlexZ you might know) I think you have to own a Mac in order to actually deploy an app on mac so that's sort of a massive roadblock as I don't really want to pay for an expensive computer only to release an app I don't actually make $4M on

They don't charge monthly, it's a $5 platform fee (so $5 for their android app which you can use on as many android devices as you own, $5 for iOS which again you cna use multiple devices, etc).

If you have Android pushbullet/join are still totally free so probably best to stick w/ them, though I will say Pushover's API is much, much nicer to work with than either of the above so likely to get more supporty type features put in for it
