    Sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong place, but it's a sea of documentation. How do I see what qualification just got updated when I get these messages from Guru? Or, do I need to do anything when I do get these? I've tried looking through all the qual info, but can't find anything about this. Thanks in advance for any help!

    I actually did email them yesterday. Here's their response.

    "This error message means that your ISP is not on our allowlist. It's possible you're on an ISP that was allowed to access studies before but is no longer able to. I've checked and your ISP is on our 'to-be-reviewed' list.

    We hope to expand this list in the future, but for the time being, I'm afraid you won't be able to take studies from this internet connection. I'd recommend using a mobile connection or another network as a workaround.

    go to show drawer at the top and hit the qualification page. it usually just says that when you turn it on/start turking for the day. it often does have things I don't see on qualifeye though...
