I accidentally submitted a HIT without doing any work on it. I tend to do this at least once a month when I'm flying around with too many tabs open. I messaged the requester and explained myself asking if I could still take the survey to avoid a rejection. He just decided to approve it anyways lol. What a guy. I just used up all of my luck.
