    I was just lol-ing mostly, cause it seemed odd in that qual. I mean, down where I am we have 0 in common with Northern Cali or even the middle of the state lol, so I wouldn't even think the culture was comparable. And shit, the county I live in is basically the black sheep of the state.

    Just an observation my fellow forum goers.

    I never said 'best state'. I just gave a reason that a requester would pick both CA and TX for specific demo options.

    Now the best state is clearly Hawaii. You just can't beat the feeling of stealing land from another culture just because it is a good place for a military base.
