I guess so but this year is just ugh. Can we just pause everything? I let my brother use my old car and for some reason he decided to pick up a homeless dude who needed a ride somewhere. Everything was fine except he was having problems getting to the location (some Walmart). They were talking about their pasts and the guy said he kept knives on him since he's homeless in case anyone tried to mess which he then showed to my brother. My brother got scared and decided to go to a shopping center, parked car, got out and GAVE MY CAR TO THE HOMELESS GUY!!!! He says he told the guy to go get what he needed and bring the car back. Of course guy never comes back so brother calls cops and tells them a flat out lie, that the guy pulled a knife on him and put it on his side and basically stole the car.

Cops catch guy thankfully next day in the next state over and since the cop assumed my bro was lying (we did too) I guess he berated him until he came clean so he has to sign some papers dropping stolen vehicle charges and I guess felony assault. Now the problem is it's a small town so they let private tow company take my car and they want title to get it back which I CAN'T FUCKING FIND!!!!! 200$ initial tow fee plus 40$ a day storage. Omg, I want to choke my brother to death. My entire family is psychotic. Always in trouble or causing problems. ALWAYS. Should all be institutionalized. I get so tired of them!

And he was so calm about it. My life was in danger and it was worth more than your car. That's what he said. How about get out of car and go into public facility since you're right beside fucking Mcdonalds and 100 other places at 6pm on Friday with tons of people around???!!!!! I was so angry, I was sweating and shaky. I wanted to reach through the phone and stab him myself.

 

Wow that's really shitty of him. Seems like a sketchy story I'm guessing he's not offering to pay those fees

 

God no. He hardly has any money. And you don't play games with people's lives like that!! The guy already had some warrants so who knows what his past is and my brother made some extreme accusations. Those could land someone in prison for 10, 15, 20 years!
