I've been doing this study over time and I've legitimately changed my wake up habits for the better in a very dramatic way. I used to find it really hard to get out of bed when I woke up and I'd lounge in bed and doze but then I'd waste a lot of the day (because I don't have to get up early most days for my regular job) and feel tired and crappy all the time. Now I'm up and out of bed around 8 each morning and I rarely feel daytime drowsiness at all. I also make a lot more on mturk now. I think I get a total of 17.50 or something like that for doing the whole study, but I totally feel like I've gained a lot more than that from it! So I guess if it comes up again and you're thinking about it, I would say it's worth it.
