10/27 - Fix 'er up Friday!

Probably the same people who made a website called Mechanical Turk with full knowledge that people would want to make a Mechanical Turkey during Thanksgiving season.

 

Especially because isn't one caffeine and one a relaxant?

 

I think the lesson in all this is that I should learn to read and also that I love L-theanine.

 

But yeah good Chinese black tea is known for being a lot stronger than the Japanese and other counterparts if you are looking for that.

 

I'm a 5-HTP gal myself but I've read they play nice together, I wonder if I should try that.

 

I just drink tea because I enjoy it but I'm crossing my fingers it's also actually helping me live forever.

I like Chinese green tea the best.

 

I haven't tried 5-HTP yet but it's on my list. My instinct is to swallow all the supplements and hope it sorts itself out but that probably isn't the best strategy.

 

Same guy that thought of milk (Casein) and hot peppers (Capsaicin).

 

I love tea but don't actually know shit about it other than flavors I like and don't like, but I've been meaning to tell you it's pretty cool that it became your 'thing'.

It has been pretty fun and honestly surprisingly cheap even for high end stuff. I am also totally in the camp of only caring about the flavor really and if it ends up being healthy somehow that is just a bonus.

At some point I'll buy some Chinese green tea and some Japanese teas.
