I am still waiting for Amazon Payments to fix my withdrawal from last Sunday. They keep telling me they have no idea when it will be fixed. Was anyone able to get theirs fixed? If so, who did you talk to.

Man, you guys are making me more and more rest assured to keep my Turking money in the Amazon Payments account and only use it to pay for electronic toys on Amazon.

Although, when I've saved up enough to buy a desktop system with a Intel i7 8700K processor, I admit I'll probably shop around. The system I'm eyeballing on Amazon is just under $1200. My wife has spoken to them twice. First representative bullshitted her with, "I am 100% sure your money will be in your bank account tomorrow." This was last Tuesday. He also told her, "I have worked for Amazon for a very long time and we are experiencing issues that I cannot even begin to explain to you. People are ordering products on Amazon and random credit cards are being charged." Second representative told my wife they are aware of the problem and would issue a ticket so that the problem can be fixed.

I would hope a giant like Amazon would not need every single person affected to call in to have their account looked at and fixed.

Ummm @Cosmo If I understood correctly, you are keeping money in Amazon Payments? You know they suspend accounts sometimes, right?

 

Or do the opposite and withdraw every day so that there's never any significant amount stuck in there.

 

I'm still waiting. I received a follow-up email from the customer service rep that I spoke with on the phone last Tuesday. It stated someone would get back to me within 1-2 business days. That didn't happen.
