Hello everyone, been on and off turking these last few months because I took a part time job. Gonna be getting back into it. I saw the page where people were requesting updated scripts from Kadauchi because of the eventual shift to the worker site. My question is, if there even is one, does anyone have a link to info about the upcoming shift to the worker site and what to expect? I was trying to get all my scripts updated and in working order to get back to Turking but if things are changing soon, Id rather just get ready for that and update according.

 

Damn, I forgot chorizo at the store last night. That sounds soooo good right now.

Worker has much better and newer code that runs better or some shit according to @ChrisTurk and other people who know stuff and things. Even without much JS knowledge however I can tell that worker is much faster than www on modern machines.

 

I hate the dashboard on worker. I prefer the www one.

 

I was actually reading that right now lol, I was googling the topic after I asked.

 

Is there a way I can transfer my HIT DB to worker? I'm going to start using it now to get used to it

 

I suggest backing it up or it might be slightly annoying to transfer it to whatever script that we end up with on worker.

 

Unless you're trying to load a HIT...or look at your stats and it just sends you back to www. The dashboard layout doesn't seem better to me at all. I hate new things. Get off my lawn!
