Same here, upper left power button is greyed out and nothing happens when I click it. Tried restarting it and nothing... (and no error message appears at all)

 

I got my phone yesterday and got onto prolific. Paypal has some error they gotta fix on their end according to the people I spoke to on the phone after troubleshooting for long time so I still can't withdraw my money from Paypal to the bank. Stressing me out but what can I do, hope it is resolved before end of Nov. Prolific been pretty good but the website seems very laggy. Guess I will look into data annotation next.

Did you get it working? Mine is, but I'm not sure how! It seems related to Amazon log in, QBC couldn't auto-log in. I "think" I refreshed login in QBC and a dialogue box from QBC popped up saying can't log in do it manually so I did and received a One time code on my phone from Amazon and voila it's working. IDK, good luck to everyone having this problem.

 

I couldn't get anything to pop up and I ran the welcome program, then it let me log in, but QBC still doesn't work. I wish @ChrisTurk would come fix it. Maybe I'll play with it a little more and see what happens.

 

Yeah, it's frustrating, I had already did the log-in with the OTC 3 or 4 times and it didn't work. No idea why it did at last.

I went to the settings page, (with the emails and passwords in QBC) and clicked refresh login a couple times until this popped up, but this time it let me log right in.



Everything works!!!
