Sigggggghhhhhhhh. I really should know better by now. Qualified and did the study on my smart phone and it uploaded the data. Went back to my browser on the phone and the page possibly reloaded but definitely said "Get Started", so back to the beginning. I tried to qualify again just to get the submit link and it told me I didn't qualify. Messaged the requester but am not feeling very optimistic.
