I also just spent $40 on a powered usb hub and $10 on the damn app so I guess that I have broken even.

I was able to get an email chain going with them for a little while, but for the most part they aren't very communicative. I got the feeling like there were a lot of people involved on their end. If you have the 90% qual you must be doing something right.
