i would be worried that there's a problem with your payments account itself, is everything correct with your bank and all that?

 

Yes I was able to verify my bank accounts, tax forms, and all that is in good standing through the settings on Amazon's main website. I just talked to their customer support, which is new (last time I had an issue they said Amazon Payments has no phone line only email) lol the customer support made a request for a support ticket

 

Yeah, I actually just realized they have a phone line now, I called customer support and they made a request for a support ticket to check on the problem which she said could take 24-48 hours, not including weekends. lol Hopefully they can get it resolved by Monday or Tuesday, so frustrating when you can't access your funds

 

i hope they're able to figure it out, that's so frustrating and scary, especially if you're relying on that money as income. keep us posted with what happens, just in case it happens to anyone else in the future.
