    I tend to try and keep busy because I'll quickly lose motivation and give up. At this point, I have 4 monitors running full time with 2 more on the way because I'm dumb and made too much money one-day last week. I don't do BRs but I've been 3 boxing in eve again and I'm sure I'll drop another 2000 in march with EQ comes around again so I can bump my 3 box up to a 6.

    Honestly, I made more money when I played EQ...I just worked during the downtime in-game. It wasn't uncommon for me to triple my daily goal because I would be working/playing from like 9am until 2-3 in the morning heh. Only now do I realize EQ is the catalyst for my success.

    No nephews but I spent like $200 on my son's Christmas gift and his birthday is a week before Christmas...so I got that covered too... motivation is falling quickly.

    Yep. I was three boxing a SK/Sham/Bard and even with the mana/hp regen from the bard it took like 5-10 minutes sometimes. Especially considering the sham was BIS raid geared so his mana pool was....large.

    I tend to make a lot more when I play wow too because its just mindless grinding so I can just stop and get some stuff done and move on.

    Yea video games are the key. Another good one is Transformice. Can start and stop anytime and it's mindless fun. What on earth are you running with 4 monitors? I have 2 set up and could use a third but not really necessary. I can't imagine needing or even wanting 6.

    I'm hoping they do open another EQ tlp (I'm sure they will) in march because I want to stick it out this time. I was in a server first raid guild last round that had everything (including eye in sky) dead in two weeks. I play with a friend of mine in EQ but he doesn't have kids and he wants to grind like non freaking stop. I usually take a day or two off from work and my wife is great about accommodating me (she usually has her parents keep our son for a day or two) but that's about it. Grinding for a week and then raiding 3-4 days a week is out of my desires right now. I just want to play casually this round with maybe a 2-day raid schedule.

    I played wow classic but I found that not having anything to look forward to sorta...bored me. If wow did a TLP I would be all about that.

    You planning to play EQ again if they do a TLP? I'm not sure how far/how much you played last round.
