I almost went with the super mature "YOU haven't aged well" but I went the high road. I'm growing as a person.

I play it with the bare minimum of mods, I tried using Trainwiz's guide ages ago, but I can't be bothered with all that now. Basic unofficial patches etc. are all it really needs. You can use one of the gfx overhauls if you must, too, but I think the game is more or less fine for something that came out in 2002. Not everything needs to look like The Witcher 3 to be playable.

 

Honestly, don't get your hopes up, because it's going to be Skyrim v2. Skyrim did amazingly well because people who make video games realized they can just sell to 12 year olds who haven't played actually good games.

 

I haven't played it. I really want to. Just haven't been able to for reasons.

 

I will admit, though, the ESO version of Vvardenfell looks pretty nice. I wish ESO were a good game.
