If it has giant robots in it, it becomes mecha. Nothing beats Neon Genesis Evangelion.I haven't watched Black Clover. Hard to find good anime these days. I have to go through a lot of garbage to find the gems.

I liked NGE, but it's not hotblooded enough for me. Right now GaoGaiGar is my fave because that's what I watched most recently. Diebuster is also a good one for hotblooded lesbians piloting giant robots.

Seriously, I can't resist singing along every time.

Don't watch Black Clove unless you can stand a Narutos BELIEVE IT time 10 every episode. Boku no Hero is okay for background noise or binging if your sick. I really was rooting for Darling in the Franxx to go down a good Neon path but hell did they fuck that up hard. It borrows heavily from it and then it just flies off the rails randomly. There is a LOT of shit anime but at the same time the amount of anime put out means that there is more chance for a gem to be in that shit pile. The issue is either that you have to wait to find out so that other people can go through it for you or you have to try and dig through the shit on your own.
