I know plenty of white males who have worked their way through college. Your parents not having money and not being able to get scholarships isn't really an excuse.

That isn't how it works. They have slots for each thing and race does go into account. Yes it would be possible to get those it just is much much easier for you to get them.

I started as a sophmore from taking so many Ap classes + worked full time + academic scholarships. It woulda been awesome if someone had actually thrown free money at me tho.

Being a white male basically reduced my chances because they felt that I would have already had plenty of help.

It is nothing about being accepted by a uni as I was by many. It is everything about not having money thrown at me like you had.
