Just ordered me a new gas leaf blower. I'm excited, even though the leaves are gone. I saw some youtube videos of people clearing snow off their cars with their leaf blower, so pretty excited about doing that. Sick of dealing with the extension cord one that I have.

Cordless yard tools are definitely the most obvious sign someone has "made it" in life IMO. I always feel judged when I'm out there w/ a daisy chain of 100' extension chords trying to get the last shrub trimmed up

Yep.

I actually did rip out like half the ones that were around when we got the house.. but most landscaping plants are "homeowner proof" and if you don't excavate the roots with one of those 8,000 lb excavators they just come back to haunt you next spring
