11/09 - TREX Thursday!

Oh my god I drank so much Jager as a kiddo. My dog is actually named Jager. Partially because it's really fitting (German shepherd, and I got him from some meth hicks that used their GSDs as deer hunting dogs . Between the deer logo and "hunting master" in German it was perfect), but also partially because I was buying bottles of Jager every. damn. weekend.

And yes, 25, but I think I classify as a real adult now!! I basically classify "young adults" as the age where you don't really have responsibility and can kind of screw up a lot still without a ton of consequence. Once you get loans and a house and work 60+ hours a week you don't feel as young anyways

 

I worked for a fancy party company and did way too many shots.

I still always have a spot in my heart for tequila though, even if it makes me extra feisty.

This is me, reiterating that I'm still so so young.

 

I got a $4 bonus. I don't know why it's not showing up. But I made my daily goal of $30:

My bonuses don't show up on the MTS dash like 90% of the time. I dunno why myself, never bothered to ask.

 

Just turned 26, can verify, we're adults and it sucks. Also on the same boat of way too much Jager as a young'un.

 

That is basically me right now, except I have a mortgage. It's the one thing keeping me in the adult category at 33.

We can legally rent cars, so 25 is like the last age of passage rite, which I think equals adulthood.

I agree about the adutling part being total shit, but I'd like to clarify that I made a friggen delicious red wine braised stew with potatoes, carrots, and way more bacon because I made Matt think I only had a very small amount and gave myself the rest.

Sooooo, adulting sucks but I am a superior cook is what I'm saying here.

 

But if there is no consequence, you just keep on keepin' on! . Just kidding. But by no consequences, I meant things like being able to lose your job without it being a huge deal, still being able to bum off people, basically having a safety net. If you have a mortgage, I think that excludes you! Welcome to the club
