    easy version of this hit is when you can book anything you want
    Cons:
    hard version has specified cities/dates & the chatbot often messes up. In this hit, it finally gave a response of "Sorry! I'm unable to help you any further. Please contact a travel agent to finish planning your trip." and I had to submit without going any farther. Hopefully it will not reject bc limited instructions state you have to book successfully
