This is a really really authentic youtube channel that does an amazing job of explained chinese cooking and what you can and can not replace. We've tried most everything they've put out and it's all been on point.

Oh shit like no meat? I can't recommend shit other then that youtube channel. Or like take and replace all meat types in chinese with EXTRA FIRM(MUST BE EXTRA FIRM) tofu. Again, that youtube channel has tofu recipes. I can ask the husband what he has here in a minute. He's off on the phone

I actually have tofu in the fridge I've been sitting on. Have never cooked it before. Perhaps I should figure something to do with it

I guess you can sub it for any kinda meat. I tried it once and wasn't a fan though.

I used to feel the same way, until I accidently bought a firm pillow one day. Firm all the way!

 

Okay, so firm is ganna do alright but it might fall apart a bit. I personally love the snack of tofu, dried, rolled in g'wash seasoning with sesame seeds fried in a pan till golden.

I bought a 24 case of these boxes and just finished it this year. IT's like chicken broth with msg.

 

I actually have a memory foam one because I'm a side sleeper.

 

If you look to cooooook cook with the tofu go for extra firm
