    lol The Venture card has some of the simplest redemption options I've seen from credit cards. You don't even need to book a flight. Rent a car for the weekend and it counts. Or redeem miles for gift cards and you don't take a hit on the redemption value. Website is super easy to use.

    Mm, that's more to prevent osteoporosis later in life, since women are susceptible to that. The iron thing is because blood contains a lot of iron, and heavy bleeding like that could make you anemic.
