when applying for my mortgage I used
- screenshots of dashboard - showing earnings for each day
- screenshots of weekly earnings emails
- screenshots of mturk payments account (showing withdrawals)
- screenshots of bank statements (showing mturk payments money coming in)

With helpful MSPaint flowchart arrow thingymajiggys.


I'd imagine for your situation - mturk payments screenshots and bank statements showing money coming in would be enough. But I dunno. Good luck.
