Mass rejections for anyone putting NA on any HIT where a fax number can't be found despite the fact that the instructions stated to put NA in the box. I contacted him yesterday twice after receiving a bunch of rejections and have received no response. Be aware that placing NA on any HIT will result in a rejection and it will happen fairly quickly so he is not checking them himself.
