Which scripts are you having a problem with? I was really worried about this but so far all of mine (~20) seem to be working fine. However, when I first started Turking I was using GM and some scripts weren't behaving properly or weren't working at all. I switched over to TamperMonkey and everything has been fine since then. Maybe try a GM alternative like TamperMonkey or ViolentMonkey and see if that solves the issue.
