I'm soooooo sorry you have no heat. And, just cuz I deal with repairs on upwards of 250 units regularly, sometimes they can't spot all the problems at once They try and fix one when another one becomes apparent.

But I hear ya. He took HOURS AND HOURS to get back to you so it feels like he could have done this faster and maybe discovered problem #2 in a more timely manner and could have fixed the breaker box, (and those do go bad, not often, but since you had Karen remodeling your place before that makes me think it's not too far off that the breaker box might be effed, too.)

I HOPE YOU GET HEAT BY TOMORROW! I really do. Super sucks to go without it.
