I'd add that I've only put together 2 computers in my entire life, the first one basically being a teardown and re-assembly of my second RMA'd CyberPower into a different case lol.

It took maybe 2 hours my first time, including the time it took to watch some YouTube videos showing basically what goes where.

 

Right? I have a whole list. Guitar. Spanish. Amazon Affiliate. etc.

 

I was more meaning installing OS, getting newest drivers from manufacturer websites, updating bios if needed. Things like that. Which really only works one way too but the software parts of it are what make me nervous about the process.

The $40/mo. membership trial includes course downloads as well, so you can take advantage of that free month and download anything that looks interesting. That's what I did, and downloaded Lynda courses are most of the material that I'm catching up on over the weekend.

 

They were custom built. The first one over 6 years ago I got from ecollegepc. I picked all the parts on their online configurator. Waited a week for them to tell me it was built and they shipped it to me. Same thing from cyberpowerpc. I used their configurator at their website. Which is one reason I REALLY overpaid for my current one.

FWIW, coffee is actually pretty damn high in potassium.
