I do not have buttermilk, and will not be buying buttermilk. Regular ass 2% with a bunch of butter added to make it thicker and maybe throw some other random shit in there because fuck it? Thoughts?

This @dan . iirc, it's like 1 tbs vinegar and then top off the cup with milk, but you can google check me haha.

For each cup of buttermilk, you can use 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice plus enough milk to measure 1 cup. Stir, then let stand for 5 minutes. You can also use 1 cup of plain yogurt or 1-3/4 teaspoons cream of tartar plus 1 cup milk.
