    True. But the point still stands that you can't "eat and drink whatever you want" and make it all better with 10 miles. I just used the 20 beers number to show how easy it is to take in extra calories.

    Overworking yourself can also increase circulating cortisol levels, which definitely won't affect your body composition in a way you'd like.
