Oh no, it's definitely more teal, my cell camera just sucks. I'm glad, though - I would've been bummed it if were as blue as the photo appears.

Oh my goodness. The typing. The KEYS! The sound.
It feels so, so good. Especially compared to the shitty hang-me-down keyboard I'd been using. I'm going to go do a bunch of practice typing to get used to it. This should definitely help my typing speed and accuracy (which is something I'm trying to work on). Thanks so much for the recommendation!

I agree, solid is the way to go. I haven't messed with all the functions yet, just set it to solid for now. If I'm feeling fancy, I'll see if I can get it to light up whatever I'm touching so I can feel like a wizard.

K, FWIW you can do what you want and I'm not going to berate you beyond the following PSA, but for informational purposes:

Neither mTurk nor Amazon Payments are a bank. They are not a sufficient substitute for an FDIC insured account, IMHO.

What you're doing has bitten many people in the ass before you. AP is usually touted as "safer", but its still not a bank account and really shouldn't be used as such for any reasonable amount. Just ask @Tripsa how much safer AP is than mTurk

Don't do it. Or do. 95% of the time its probably fine :shrug;

I was getting good in my old, ratty thrift sore pair. I'm not too horrible in the nice ones, but my neighborhood is all hills, so it's like doing everything on hard mode. I think I'm gonna take out my ratty pair tommorow , so that I can feel more competent and practice stuff at a lower speed, because I've never wanted to throw a fit and give up so badly in my life.
