Friend of mine has awful wifi, for years he couldn't figure it out, blamed ISP's had issues that I never had.......found out the wall that is in the middle of his living room/kitchen, is a brick wall covered with dry wall, stuff like that will completely destroy your wifi. Or if you have an old house that has that chicken wire shit in the walls, those things just completely kill it.

 

Working for an ISP in internet tech support I can tell you people have no idea the level of things in their home or around their home that interfere with their connection. It's crazy. I had someone once with a touch lamp that was emitting a frequency that screwed their wireless.

 

Friend of mine has awful wifi, he died.

I rarely have had issues with it in 5 years being here. I run the computer at night with daughter and wife on phones/tablet and youtubetv running and never the slowdown...BUT if I run Turkernator and Google when I'm by myself at the same time sometimes one or the other really drags. I've been back and forth with Kaduchi and we can't figure it out other than maybe my POS computer.

 

When using my garage door opener - when you'd open it up - it would turn the light bulb on. While the light bulb was on - it interfered with the remote, so that you couldn't close it until the lightbulb turned off. The fucking lightbulb interfered with my garage door opener. Switching to an LED bulb fixed it

 

I'm fairly certain with all this shit in the air we are all just gonna die one day from overexposure lol.

 

And I have the fasteest option available to me. lmfao

What you are talking about is basically why I paid for that stupid high speed, when I signed up for that package I had 4 teens and a boyfriend so 5 teenagers all in the same house, without a super high speed connection I'd have had lag out the ass. I have since lost 3 of those people.

Nah the son went to college and my daughter and her boyfriend live in their own place now.

Yeah. I felt like " Lost" was a strong word.

If you like to read, House of Leaves is really good and being lost in a house made me think of it.

 

Man that would be a great story to tell people "my house is weird so be careful if you take a wrong turn you'll get lost and no one will find you"
