Sometimes safe, sometimes not. Tell you what...follow at a safe distance to taste the sherry, but keep listening for a tell-tale heart beat sound from under the floor. That's a dead giveaway.

 

My best guess from this amazing description is 1x6 panel wall type of thing.....but if by the way she is saying then they took 1x6 and turned them on 3/4" edged and lined them up


I seriously can't wait to share this one with another builder....
