What's the temperature in the garage? How long has the turkey been out there? You can actually successfully cook a turkey from frozen. It takes longer and it might be a little dry, but I'd say dry is preferable to letting it sit in the garage any longer.

If it's still in the packaging, probably safe depending on ambient temperature. But maybe you should tell him that a water bath will probably thaw it faster.

I did my best to hide the flatter sides where I trimmed too much lol. I ordered some extra sharp scissors because I decided I want to decorate everything I ever give to anyone with pom poms so I should get better

Here is how I learned, so everyone else can make pom poms too:

It wouldn't be allowed to be served to the public at my job, but I'd still eat it. I've had to take trainings with the health department for food safety and I think a lot of the stuff people do at home is grosser and riskier than we realize generally :bolt:

high today was probably 55 degrees, it went in the garage when temperature was about 50 degrees, temperature dropped to about 45 degrees about an hour later. temperature is supposed to hit 34 degrees in about 3 hours and then drop lower tonight. but it's in the garage so the garage is a warmer temperature than outside because it takes a while to lose the heat from earlier.

I mean, to be honest, I would probably still eat it as long as it's wrapped. I remember my grandparents doing that when I was growing up in the mid-west, lol.

Some very cool wildlife cinematography from Namibia, if you're into that kinda thing. Some of these shots are just mind-blowing.

I got the same generic message and I did send a reply and will follow it up in a couple of days to inform them of TV and let them know I have reviewed both of the hits he rejected with details.

I don't know. I feel for you. The whole thing seems kind of petty on their part considering they actually have the data. Are they obliged to destroy that data if they deem your submission unusable for some reason?

I haven't heard back so I'm sending it again and copying the IRB contacts and research compliance to see if I can at least get a response.
