joann's fabrics sells 3d printers now. I can't think of any ways this would save me money though. to get a 3d printer. or what I would make with it.

 

He saw doc again today can't go back on the ice until next Monday but he can go back to school tomorrow so he's a little salty but otherwise recovering

 

They're kind of expensive to start up, but I believe most people who have them sell their printing services to people who need 3D printed objects, but it isn't worth it enough for them to buy a printer themselves. For example, this 3D printed Hurdy Gurdy is pretty neat, but I would have to take the design to someone else who owns a 3D printer to get it made because it isn't worth it for me to buy a 3D printer for just one thing.
