I do this thing where I wake up at 2/3/4/5am and think the most random crap, like my brain just glitches out and rapid fires random thoughts. Last night I was like (to myself) "lol remember that time SunlitSunflower stocked up for covid in like February and everyone gave her crap for it but turns out she was right all along?" I was worried about covid at the time too, but hadn't done anything for it, and "seeing" someone treat it that way here snapped me into stocking up too. btw you should try and stock up again honestly. We're trending towards another lockdown quickly. The rumors of it are trickling through the medical industry in my area and others from friends I've spoken with. Aint saying go be a nutter and buy the store out of TP but just the same tier of ready as before or better if you felt it was lacking!

Thank you! I hope everyone else listens too! No worries about me, though, I've only been out literally 4 times since March. Twice for Home Depot (gardening section, so, outside, a little safer), a drugstore once, and the Apple store once when things were super low, and my computer was dead and they were SO safe and awesome. I've been "locked down" myself since the first lockdown, and always pad my grocery orders with double of whatever I'm ordering to keep well stocked. My area has been really bad for the past few weeks (Illinois is averaging something like 11k a day) and the holidays will make this so much worse. I have a close friend in the medical field and it's just... not good, and heartbreaking, and scary.

And the scary thing is people around us for the most part are yelling hoax and never locked down. Hell most of them won't even wear a mask. the businesses did close, but people were still out taking their ENTIRE ducking family everywhere they went like a continual field trip, not to mention summer and the fun that brought. I've thoroughly enjoyed the people bragging about how they're not going to fall for it, then they get it and get their shit rocked, and all of a sudden they're yelling precautions louder than anyone. It's so much fun here. lmao

We're taking our precautions and staying healthy so I guess that's all we can do. The hubs cannot work from home, and we're super thankful that he even still has a job, so we're never truly isolated.
